How big a room can it cool?+
Our 2050 W / 7000 BTU unit comfortably cools a room of up to around 25 m², whether it is a bedroom, living room or office. For something bigger, take two units, the second is 10% off.
How soon can you deliver?+
From tomorrow. When you book, the first date offered is tomorrow, morning or afternoon depending on the slot you pick. You are free to choose a later date if that suits you better.
Are delivery and installation really included?+
Yes, within 15 km of Nice. Beyond that a small surcharge shows by distance, always before you pay. We fit the window kit and show you how it works on the spot.
How is the price worked out?+
Two things: how long you keep it, since the daily rate drops the longer you rent, and the delivery distance. Everything is shown before you pay, no surprises.
Any works or permission needed?+
No. It is a portable air conditioner, so no works, no drilling and no building permission. The window kit comes off without leaving a mark.
Is there a deposit?+
We may place a €150 card hold per unit as security. It is not a charge: the amount is simply reserved, then released as soon as the unit comes back in good condition.
Can I cancel?+
Of course. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before delivery, with a full refund. You can also move your dates depending on availability.
